Marketing should be created based on the needs, opportunities, and potential success of the customer. The most successful campaigns of my career highlighted the benefits of solving a prospect's pain points before discussing how current customers overcame the same challenges.

Mentorship

I am a successful marketing manager because of the people who mentored me. Today, I actively seek mentor-mentee relationships with younger professionals and students. To paraphrase Besty Plank: When you get where you're going, turn around and help the person behind you.
